Competition Time!

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

· A UK resident

· Over the age of 16 years

· An active Thistle Credit Union member, saving either monthly or weekly basis

· Not currently in arrears

Competition details:

· To enter members must have a valid email and mobile number on file.

· Entries must be in by midnight Monday 16th August 2021.

· 1 entry per member.

· The winner will be announced Tuesday 17th August 2021.

Prize and announcement details:

· 3 prizes are available: £250, £100 & £50.

· The winners will be selected at random from all of the email addresses and mobile numbers we have on file.

· The winners will be announced on social media.

· If the prize is declined or unclaimed by a winner then after 10 working days from notification the prize will no longer be available to that member without liability to Thistle Credit Union.

· The winner, whose prize has been forfeited, is not entitled to any compensation.

· Thistle Credit Union reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.

· The decision of Thistle Credit Union in all matters under its control is final and binding.

· Members entering prize draw will all be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
