Savings Dividend

What is a Dividend?

Thistle Credit Union can pay a share of the profits each year, to members in the form of a Dividend on their shares.

The Dividend is based on each member's average daily savings balance. The dividend is decided by our members at our annual general meeting.

Dividends can vary from year to year based on profitability, business requirements and other external factors and may not be paid.

Your credit union dividend is paid gross of tax, as normal. You should ensure you meet any taxation responsibilities that may be due.
